O que o Metallica trouxe de novo dessa vez? Relembre todas participações no Rock in Rio!

O Metallica é a banda mais acostumada ao Palco Mundo do Rock in Rio. Desde o retorno e consolidação do festival, em 2011, a banda norte-americana esteve nas três edições brasileiras – fora as no exterior.

Analisamos os setlists das três vindas dos gigantes do heavy/thrash metal. E, ao contrário do que dizem por aí, os shows não são tão repetitivos assim. Claro que algumas músicas estiveram em 2011, 2013 e agora em 2015.

Das 18 músicas apresentadas em cada um dos shows, sete delas se repetiram sistematicamente – além da introdução instrumental The Ecstasy of Gold, também presente em todas aberturas. São elas: For Whom the Bell Tolls , Sad But True, One, Master of Puppets, Nothing Else Matters, Enter Sandman e Seek & Destroy.

Além tocarem músicas de todos os álbuns (exceto o St Anger), a edição de 2015 trouxe alguns momentos diferentes (como a animada Whiskey in the Jar e a clássica The Unforgiven) no setlist, que lembrou mais o show de 2011 do que 2013. Na verdade as novidades foram: The Unforgiven, Turn the Page, King Nothing, The Frayed Ends of Sanity  e Whiskey in the Jar.

Ah, além dos problemas técnicos (o som simplesmente desapareceu para o público em certas partes, irritando a banda) durante as mais de 2h20 de apresentação… fora isso, o que você achou do(s) show(s)?
